Hi! I'm Shana. I'm passionate about knowledge and beauty, but I know how it feels to let that part of your soul go hungry.
I lost sight of the things I loved in the busyness of career, marriage, and motherhood, even though I loved those, too. I missed the version of myself that used to go to plays, concerts, and art galleries. I missed reading!
I didn't realize how famished I had become until I attended a performance of Shakespeare's Two Gentlemen of Verona for my birthday a few years ago. (My adoration of the Bard is a story for another time.) Suffice it to say, my famine was over, and I wasn't going back.
I love to help others find the enrichment and joy that appreciation for arts and culture can add to an already fulfilling life.
